Most recently, at Eataly Chicago, Julio led enterprise-level change management and workforce strategy for a 250+ employee operation, while strengthening engagement, performance, and leadership alignment. His work integrated talent development, operational excellence, and culture transformation, ensuring that HR initiatives directly supported business outcomes.
